Floor Warehouse ("we," "us," or "our") operates a mobile messaging program (the "Program") that you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. By opting in to or otherwise participating in the Program, you accept and agree to these Terms.

Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Floor Warehouse. These may include promotions, discounts, product updates, order and shipping notifications, and customer support messages.

Consent

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the wireless device you use to sign up, and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive messages related to your account, orders, and promotions.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text and data plan.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a reply confirming your unsubscribe, and you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside of our control.

We respect your privacy. The information we obtain through the Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We may also change these Terms at any time, and your continued participation in the Program after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
